RETRAIT DOSSARDS
Le retrait des dossards se fait aux Saisies le vendredi 15 de 14H à 19H. Un retrait de dernière minute sera également faisable le samedi matin de 4H30 à 5H avant le départ. En début de semaine prochaine vous recevrez un E-Ticket par mail qui sera à présenter au retrait dossards. L’attribution des numéros se fera directement sur place.
DEPOSE SACS
Chaque participant peut déposer 1 (ou 2) sacs le vendredi entre 14H et 17H en nous indiquant bien le ravitaillement sur lequel se retrouvera le sac. Aucun sac voyagera d’un ravitaillement à un autre. L’ensemble des sacs seront à venir récupérer aux Saisies à l’arrivée.
BRIEFING PARTICIPANT
Un briefing sera donné vendredi soir 18H aux Saisies
EQUIPEMENT OBLIGATOIRE
Chaque participant doit avoir une lampe avant et arrière pour la durée de l’événement
RAVITAILLEMENTS
Il y a 7 zones de ravitaillement tout au long du parcours. Ils se trouvent à Vaudagne / Les Valettes / Col du Grand St Bernard / La Salle / Col du Petit St Bernard / Bourg St Maurice / Cormet de Roselend
BARRIERES HORAIRES
Il y a 3 barrières horaires à devoir respecter tout au long de la journée. Tout coureur arrivant au point après l’heure convenue sera prié d’arrêter son tour. Des navettes seront prévus pour ceux ne pouvant plus poursuivre leur route.
11H30 – Les Valettes
20H – Bourg St Maurice
22H30 – Cormet de Roselend
DUO
Aucune navette de l’organisation est prévue pour que les participants en Duo rejoignent le point du relais au Col du Grand St Bernard
START NUMBER PICKUP
Start numbers are to be retrieved in Les Saisies on Friday 15th from 2PM to 7PM. Last minute pick up on Saturday morning from 4.30AM to 5AM also possible. Early next week you will receive an E-Ticket by mail to retrieve your number. All numbers are allocated on site, it is thus normal that no numbers have yet been allocated.
BAG DROP OFF
Each participant may prepare a bag (or 2 bags) that we will then be transported to the feed station chosen so that a change of clothes or extra material/nutrition can be had. Bags will not move from one feed station to another and will be returned at Les Saisies at the end of the event. Bags have to be prepared and handed over to the organisation on Friday from 2PM to 7PM in Les Saisies
RIDER BRIEFING
A rider briefing will take place on Friday evening (6PM) in both French and English
MANDATORY EQUIPMENT
Both front and rear lights are mandatory for all participants
FEED STATIONS
There are a total of 7 feed stations throughout the course. They are at Vaudagne / Les Valettes / Col du Grand St Bernard / La Salle / Col du Petit St Bernard / Bourg St Maurice / Cormet de Roselend
CUT OFF TIMES
There are a total of 3 cut off times throughout the course. Riders arriving after these times at the given points will be asked to stop riding. Shuttles are put in place at these points to bring riders back to Les Saisies.
11.30AM – Les Valettes
8PM – Bourg St Maurice
10.30PM – Cormet de Roselend
DUO
There are no shuttles for Duo riders to reach the handover point on the course. Please arrange this yourselves.
